In 2013, he graduated from the Siberian Law University with a degree in law (specialization in state and international law). During his studies, he was repeatedly a prize-winner and winner of regional student conferences, competitions, and humanitarian projects at the Ural State Pedagogical University, Omsk Economic Institute, Siberian Law University, and the Election Commission of the Omsk Region.
In the same year, he entered graduate school at the Siberian Law University, graduating in 2017. Dissertation topic: “Legal regulation of higher education in Russia” (the period from 1682 to 1917). Based on facts and documents, the author presented an updated idea of the organization of higher education in pre-revolutionary Russia and partly in European countries of that period.
